To remove the cover plate from the PRO LX press the bottom half of the cover plate inwards. The top of the cover plate will then detach and can be removed.

To change the units your yardage is displayed in in any of the modes, simply press the Mode button for 3 seconds and this will change the units from Yards to Meters and vice versa.
